Today, we took a test in 3D Graphics and Animation for our Finals.
This is my result:
Of course, this is nothing big, is it?
I think it's exceptionally well compared to what I did last time.
Which was like.. 60%?
Anyways, that's it, I guess.
This is for 3D Graphics and Animation. Eventually, all this work will be sent back to The Void...

Post From The Void: Reflection
This message has been sent directly from our leader in order to commune her feelings to The World...
Ha!
I'm not really sure what to say here.
I'm just really glad to be done with this class.
It's not that I didn't enjoy being in here.
It's just that I didn't enjoy the projects.
I am, of course, an artist.
So maybe it is possible if you're good enough to be published. }}
But I've been digressing.
Back on topic: I don't really have a thing for 3D Graphics and Animation at all.
It requires too much work, and I'm lazy.
Overall, it's a really good class for people who are really into that sorta stuff.
I still want to work with digital art more than less.
I have a period off next semester for 2G.
Maybe I can work at it there?
But next year, I'll be sure to sign up for something having to do with Digital Painting or Digital Art.
I'd really like to learn to colour and to actually finish my works.
So many things to learn, aren't there?
But I need help.
And motivation.
Frankly, I'm not at all motivated to do this class.
That's why I didn't like it much.
But, Mr. Cornell, thank you for such a wonderful semester and showing me the grand possibilities of digital art, whatever form it may be in.
It was great working with you, really.
I enjoyed being in your class and having you as my teacher.
I'm sorry for letting my emotions get the best of me sometimes.
I'll leave it at home next time!
Anyway, thank you. For everything.
Finally.. The time has come where it is time to leave you, mortals. It is now time to return to The Void..

{{ A wannabe Manga-ka, to be exact.
Of course, even if I draw in the " Anime/Manga " style, I can never be Manga-ka since I'm not Japanese.
One day however, I wish to be a comic artist, whether it be Manga or not.
But, consider this: Koreans make Manga as well, don't they?
They do.
And they're not Japanese.

Critical information has been received from The Void...
This is what I started and completed today in class:
Yes.
I barely started this lightsaber this class.
I didn't do the off/on switch thing yet.
I made a LOT of mistakes.
A LOT.
It's beyond repair.
But I did it, that's all that matters.
Maybe I can get the off/on switch done in class next time?
During finals, of course.
Since...
This IS our final project, isn't it?
Soon.. This world will be engulfed into The Void..

New information has been received from The Void...
I did this in Adobe Photoshop CS3 during the after-school club, Digital Evolutions.
The first one I drew was the girl who looks like she's going to punch someone.
Well, I got the inspiration for her when I was listening to「完全感覚Dreamer」- ( Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer by ONE OK ROCK ).
It was really awesome because the music reminds you of a fight when you're listening to it.
So I drew her mad and like she was getting ready to kill someone.
The second one I drew was a girl. I guess..she's shinobi? She's crouching on the grass with a like.. Flag..thing..
I really have no idea. I just thought it would be cool to include it.
So..not much. I really have no idea how to colour or make a finished piece.
Soon, this world will be engulfed back into The Void..

Sent From The Void: Day # 16
Information sent days before has finally been received from The Void..
Okay, so I made this slug a few days ago before I did the animation.
Blogger wouldn't let me upload the photo because I was supposedly infringing a copyright ((even though it's mine, I made it, and I took this screen shot myself )).
I called it mah lil' Sluggie Buggie! x]
Because I think it's freaking adorable.
Anyways, here it is! Ta-da!
Alas... Until next time, mortals..

Crucial information has been collected from The Void...
Today, I went on the tutorial created by Mr. Cornell.
I went around and looked at what I was supposed to do again, to refresh my memory.
Of course, this wasn't the only thing I did today.
But I felt this played a significant part because I used it as a reference the most in order to construct the saber.
That's it for now~
Soon, all of this information will be recollected and sent back to The Void..

Information from The Void...
Okay, so I just started doing Luke Skywalker's Light Saber from Return of the Jedi.
I have it aligned like the instructions said.
I have it behind the grid and the bottom of the saber sitting on top of the x-axis at 0.
This was all done on Friday when Miss Benton was here subbing for us. I just forgot to blog about it..
Relish this information while you can, foolish mortals... It will soon come to an end and be sent back to The Void..

New information has come to us from The Void...
This is my slug and my animation path for my slug.
I adjusted it to the path and then I added some "flow" to it so it would crawl along smoothly on the path.
It twists its body when it comes to curves and it adjusts its body along the path so it's actually moving it's body according to the way the path is set up.
I really hope that makes sense because it confuses me. ._.;

A new message from The Void...
Today in Digital Evolutions: 3D Graphics and Animation, a chick came into our class and talked to us about an art college in Savannah, Georgia called SCAD.
SCAD stands for Savannah College of Art and Design.
After that was over, I couldn't exactly stay focused during class due to my migraine.
It was too distracting and I couldn't do my work.
So, yeah, sorry.
This transmission has ended and shall inevitably return to The Void...

Critical information has been retrieved from The Void..
I did this in Maya today.. It's supposed to be a spaceship, I guess.
I know it isn't very "detailed", but it looks fine to me.
Being an artist, it's very creative in my opinion and not at all like anything else.
The first picture is the initial spaceship I created.
The second picture was just something random.
Hope it's good enough! (( I know it's not ))
This is where I leave you, mortals..
Once all is done, this world shall return to The Void...

Critical information has been received from The Void..
These were all made as an assignment for 3D Graphics and Animation and I kind of experimented.
They're pretty abstract and cool-looking so I liked them.
I don't think they're full of " noise " or anything like that; they're simple, yet complex.
I did this using the History component and the Create Deformers > Non Linear setting under the Animation menu.
Hope this is good!
This is where I leave you, foolish mortals...
Soon..you will all vanish into the black nothingness of The Void..

Sent From The Void: Day 9
New Information has been received from The Void...
I did this in Maya today with the instruction of Mr. Cornell.
I started with a simple cube and constructed a path with the EP Curve Tool.
Then I extruded one of the faces along the path.
I twisted it, added divisions, and tapered with it.
Ain't it grand?
This critical information will soon be destroyed and everything shall indeed return to The Void...

New information has been received from The Void...
I made this today in Maya. I don't know what it was supposed to be but it was really fun to make!
This is...my first post in a while and I guess I'm a little behind.
I'll try to make everything that I didn't in the midst of my semi-depression and then post it in here.
I guess I should start on my space ship now?
Once I learn to animate, I want this to rotate on an axis.
It's like.. a projectile in space that rotates a bit rapidly and revolves around something slowly.
Maybe like..a space station! Anyways, that's it for now!
This transmission has ended.. Soon, it shall all perish and return to The Void..

Well, well, well.
This Attila stuff is sooooo boring. I literally almost fell asleep while working on this.
This is an incomplete form of The Top of the Tent from the Environmental Storytelling video tutorials.
Not much but..it's almost there.
Bite me~ :D

Critical information has been received from The Void....
Here is what has been completed in Maya today:
This is the center bottom piece from the Attila tutorials.
I completed the liquid container first because it was the easiest to do, so I started and completed this one within fifteen minutes.
Yep! I hope it's not too big because I really hate doing things wrong.
Alas...this transmission is being returned to The Void...

More news from The Void....
Unfortunately, I didn't get to complete anything today due to the fact that I got depressed that I forgot my headphones.
So there's not much to talk about now is there?

This is what I accomplished today in Maya.
Obviously, it's not a whole hell of a lot, but I did something, right?
Shoot.
Looks perty good to me. ;D
News From The Void: Day # 2
This information has been sent from The Void...
This was done in the after-school version of Digital Evolutions.
I came in about..thirty minutes late due to being in Japanese Club.
Most of the time, my friends and I were goofing around on the tablet.
I should have saved Cloud... *sniffle*
Anyways, this is Kirby.
The smaller one is my version, and the bigger one is one of my friend's version.
His looks better huh? xD As if.

News From The Void: Day # 1
What did the leader of The Void accomplish today?
This:
I created this blog and pretty much personalized it.
My background image for the entire blog is from the First-Person Shooter, Left4Dead.
The background image used for the header is also from Left4Dead.
All images from this video game are copy-righted to their rightful owners.
My profile image is Exdeath from the video game franchise FINAL FANTASY.
Again, I do not own this image.
In my " Teh Void >:D " section, there is an image of the Fallacious Tree being destroyed.
This is not my image.
I'm simply using it.
These works belong to FINAL FANTASY and SQUARE-ENIX and all other third parties involved.
I also made a first post explaining my blog and The Void and what-not. Anyways, I hope this counts!
Alas... This is where I leave you, Mortals.. This has been an announcement sent from The Void...
